Fabric materials for summer. How to turn with the heat?

You are looking forward to a sunny summer all year round, but as soon as it arrives, are you already looking forward to temperatures at which you will not sweat all day? Maybe you just reached for the wrong materials of clothes or bedding. The shops are full of temptingly colored and seemingly light pieces of clothing made of semi-transparent materials. You may be thinking that in such a dress and blouse you will definitely not be hot. Natural absorbents are a clear choice. Reach for linen and cotton

A self-thin fabric made of "artificial" (such as polyester) works similarly to a plastic bag in summer. Of course, this does not mean that they are generally bad ( we talked about polyester before ), just look for something else for the summer. Fabrics made of natural materials are ideal, ideally linen or cotton . They are breathable and absorbent at the same time, so the skin can breathe freely. This reduces sweating and discomfort.
